Monday, February 22 - CHAPTER 9
CLASSWORK:
Today, class started with Mr. Clark asking if students had any difficulty answering any of the Chapter 9 Questions. We went over those with which students needed assistance.
Next, we reviewed the roles of the MP, Senate, and Cabinet, and the roles of the Governor General.
As all of these people are involved in the legislative (law making) process we reviewed this process in detail.
With the aforementioned in mind, the class divided into groups and completed the mini group assignment from the overhead assignment titled, "Proposing a New Law".
Students were given the remainder of the class to finish this.
HOMEWORK:
Those students who were unable to complete the "Proposing a New Law" assignment in class, were asked to complete it and submit it by tomorrow (Tuesday, February 23).
Students were reminded that their Chapter 9 Test would be administered on Wednesday, February 24.
